1. Let's start with the preparation of "dough". We heat the milk to a warm state and pour in the yeast and half of the granulated sugar (about 1 tsp). Stir them until the lumps disappear and leave for 10 minutes.

2. In the meantime, mix 1 chicken egg with the rest of the sugar and salt in a convenient bowl. until complete dissolution.
