Chapter eight love triangle. “Love is evil, you will love and ...” Sverdlovsk media party suspected Kuyvashev and Panova in a new novel Evgeny Roizman and his women

In the near future, a high-profile trial will begin in Yekaterinburg in the case of the former director and editor-in-chief of the Ura.ru portal Aksana Panova. A well-known journalist is accused under three articles of the Criminal Code at once, the term for which is 15 years

Head of the City Without Drugs Foundation Yevgeny Roizman and Aksana Panova

“I have a complex relationship with Panova and Roizman. I don't believe in this story either one or the other. But Aksana, of course, has balls of iron,” such an assessment of the situation around the “case of Aksana Panova” * had to be heard from local journalists and civil activists. So say those who are sympathetic to the history of the Ural "Bonnie and Clyde", as they are called for some reason in Eburg. Those without sympathy express themselves more emotionally, but the meaning is the same.

Forbidden love

It is impossible to describe what happened to Aksana and Evgeny in a nutshell. The story is divided into at least three layers: the story of forbidden love, the history of forbidden politics, and the history of forbidden business. I'll take the bull by the horns and start with love.

A woman suffers for her love. I fell in love at the wrong time and in the wrong place. Here a woman visited such love that she lost everything

Before their stormy romance, both had a lot of life experience, including family. Evgeny Roizman's wife, Julia, works with her famous husband, and, of course, is aware of many important events. I can’t say that she doesn’t know or that she approves of her husband’s open affair with Aksana Panova - a woman famous not only for her business acumen, but also for high-profile novels with famous figures in the Ural sky - for example, Aksana is credited with a long-standing affair with Anton Bakov * *. By the way, here in Yekaterinburg, people… uh… standing on opposite sides of love fronts, it’s customary to be friends with each other on social networks and post photos and revelations of the most delicate nature in the public domain. Aksana and Yevgeny were supposed to have a baby last autumn, but he died - and it looks like the direct blame for the tragedy lies with the investigating authorities. Here is what Aksana's colleagues say about this story, who saw me writing down their words, but this did not bother anyone: “A woman suffers for her love. I fell in love at the wrong time and in the wrong place. Here a woman was visited by such love that she lost everything. She will sit down, and Roizman will be in chocolate, drinking coffee with us, strengthening his myth and suffering loudly, they say, let Aksana go, you monsters. Oh, the harsh Ural guys do not like Roizman.

forbidden business

It’s clear with Roizman, but I react with lightning speed to money. "What did Aksana lose?" They answered me - clearly, clearly, with links and a layout: "I lost my business, prospects and € 5 million." Yeah, that is, this is part two of the Marlezon ballet - the history of business. Come on, come on, the details in the studio. “Aksana Panova is imprisoned by cops and power engineers,” experts on the subject tell us. “Aksana, for all her ambiguity, is the most talented editor-in-chief of Eburg. She broke the whole market for us,” colleagues say about her, obviously referring not so much to editorial as to managerial talents.

Aksana Panova is such a Ural Yulia Timoshenko, they even look alike. Clearly the case is politically motivated.

It is more or less clear with the cops: where business is being taken away, look for the cop there. But what about the energy companies? It turns out that Aksana Panova managed to sell 50% of her portal Ura.ru for €5 million to Mr. Artem Bikov, famous businessman, who recently headed Tyumenenergo, and this gentleman was not very pleased with the deal, although he seemed to refuse to buy back the shares because of its unprofitability.

So where did Aksana lose such serious money so quickly?

Aksana Panova with colleagues on the portal Ura.ru

Forbidden policy

Here we come across a third story - political. The pre-election situation of 2011, Evgeny Roizman is adjacent to Mikhail Prokhorov, and Aksana Panova at this moment is fighting corruption and various other bad phenomena in the Yekaterinburg police, that is, she has a serious conflict with the head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Sverdlovsk Region, Police Lieutenant General Mikhail Borodin. Our interlocutors emphasize that Roizman always knew how to find a common language with the police, and Aksana, as it were, led him astray from this path (on which it is impossible not to support her, by the way). And everything would have been fine, or at least not so bad, if the then Sverdlovsk governor by the name of Misharin had not got into a car accident, moreover, in the most crucial pre-election period. The power has sharply weakened, and the police generals have completely subdued it. And no one dared to touch the head office. Here, friends-colleagues of Roizman and Panova briefly and clearly state: “Right after the Sagra, they had a snack. We ate on the Sagra. If not for Roizman, no one would have known anything about Sagra*. They were taken to places where no one had ever been taken. And so it began: the case of Tanya Kazantseva, exhumation, squeals, squeaks, running around. That is, general inspections of Roizman began, complaints from relatives of drug addicts, examinations in the case of the deceased patient Kazantseva.

And at this moment, the police detain one of the employees of the Ura.ru editorial office, an accountant. At that moment, Aksana and Zhenya were abroad, in Baku. No one in Yekaterinburg expected her to return. With a difficult pregnancy, in the last term, having undergone two heart surgeries. And having money. But she returned - to tragically lose her child and fall under a bunch of criminal articles: fraud, extortion, abuse of power - yes, this bouquet will last 15 years. Whoever did not fall under such a tank, it is useless to explain how expensive it is to defend. So let's forget that Aksana Panova had money - that's all.

Every now and then I ask Aksana's colleagues: “The fact that you do not support Aksana, God be your judge, but why don't you condemn the head of the regional TV Stulikov, who wrote a denunciation against Aksana, on the basis of which she was imprisoned? Why did the media community remove this issue from the agenda?” “But because Aksana changed her color: she was loyal to the authorities and worked with her, and then she changed. They cannot forgive her betrayal, ”they answer me.

Oh gods, gods, where are you? They don't give an answer.

After all these conversations, I suddenly understand who the journalist persecuted in Eburg reminds me of. Aksana Panova is such a Ural Yulia Timoshenko, they even look alike. It is clear that the case is politically motivated, but forgive beautiful woman independence, rigidity and participation in such a purely masculine business as political intrigues, no one is capable of either here or there. If he doesn’t want to cook borscht, let him sit down and cool off.... And we decide to spend the day in our own sociological survey and start immediately. We first ask the staff of the Onegin Hotel, and then passers-by on the street: who is Aksana Panova? Who is Alexei Navalny? Who is Evgeny Roizman? What is the name of your governor?

Well, okay. It is unlikely that Prokhorov will go to the picket. Well, okay. Anyway, we're here for you guys.

Eh guys.

I don't like the whole Miragate hive.

Today, a large-scale interview with the head of Yekaterinburg was published on the yotube channel of journalist Yuri Dudya.

The blogger was interested in the love triangle between Roizman, the Yekaterinburg journalist Aksana Panova and the governor of the Sverdlovsk region Yevgeny Kuyvashev.

“Kuyvashev, according to Aksana Panova, was in love with her, you and Panova were then a couple, Aksana chose you, Kuyvashev was mortally offended and began to wet both you and her. Was it all like that? ”Dud asked.

« You can stop there: that's how it was. And everything that happened next is, let's say, echoes ...' replied the mayor.

Also during the interview, he admitted that the twins, born to Aksana Panova in 2014, are his children.

Roizman tried to stop the interviewer's further attempts to get even deeper into his life, explaining that it was "too personal", but the blogger was adamant, putting pressure on the fact that the politician had no right to the secret of his personal life. Roizman, whose political experience would have easily jumped out of this trap, nevertheless agreed to discuss another situation - about an operation on one of his children, when the governor helped Aksana, who was under a travel ban, with a plane to the capital and back.

“It was a story when a plane was really needed and when I was able to solve this situation, but Aksana, already just tired, according to the situation, really turned to the governor, and the governor really found the plane,” Roizman said. - And when they tried to talk to me like that (“here, this is your child there”), I said: “You know, I saved other people's children so much in my life. When someone helps my child, it's completely normal." And then, you know, when a man set fire to a house, and then pulled a child out of there, should he be given an order for this? ".

The only question to which Roizman did not give an answer was when did their paths part with Aksana Panova.

“Listen, well, we already talked about it all. This is the end of this story." he suggested. However, the interviewer was relentless:

Dud forced Roizman to tell about his relationship with his wife. "How did she let you go home?" - he asked, then reproached the mayor for "life for two families."

“Listen, Yulia [Kruteeva] and I have known each other since 85, from the collective farm. This is my woman, and since the late 80s I have been with her all my life. I never left home, - said Evgeny Roizman. - In general, I'll be honest, she, of course, suffered with me. She forgave me a lot, but I didn’t leave home all these years for a reason, I always returned home. I am of course very appreciative and have the utmost respect.”

An hour and a half of Roizman in 10 minutes: the main thing from the interview of the mayor Yuri Dud

About the wall of prostitutes on Shchors, why drug addicts smelled, finances from Khodorkovsky and personal life.

YouTube star with millions of views of each video, Yuri Dud, traveled to Yekaterinburg to interview the mayor of the city, Yevgeny Roizman. The interview took place right in the mayor's apartment - he received the famous journalist of the "new format" simply, in slippers, and the conversation was close to informal - as always in the "vdud" program.

We have transcribed the main points of the video interview for you - for those who do not want to spend an hour and a half watching, 10 minutes will be enough to read.

About Sobchak

- Where do the accusations against Sobchak come from, that signatures are being collected in factories in support of her?

- A serious acquaintance, from the financial and industrial group. I just don't say what I don't know.

- Sobchak called you to talk, but you refuse. Why?

“I’m fine with her, but we don’t have anything to talk about with her. Why prove the obvious? I'm not interested in these debates.

- Sobchak as a presidential candidate - fixed match?

- Of course, because without an agreement they are not allowed on federal TV. I do not condemn, but I do not want to participate, I'm not a presidential candidate.

About the prison

- Legends and myths about Yevgeny Roizman, which you do not talk about. What were they sitting for?

- Theft, fraud, carrying bladed weapons.

- They say that not only for this. About the appropriation of women's property.

- Not true. There was a hostel, there was a speculator, I took something, but I never did it consciously. I think that I was imprisoned on time, for me this is a serious lesson. Every intelligent person would not hurt to go to jail, because it helps to understand what is important, to see the whole layer of life and understand that the most precious thing that everyone has is freedom.

– Tips for those who want to survive in prison:

- Do not trust, do not fear, do not ask. Prison and camp teach not to enter into conflicts or, as a last resort, to resolve them.

About the fight with Zyablitsev

- You had a wonderful episode in your career when you were in parliament, you were a deputy of the State Duma, but it happened in the Urals parliament when you had a fight with deputy Zya ... Zya ...

- Listen, well, it wasn't a fight, it wasn't a fight, it was... not a fight. There was no fight, there was a blatant lie that I voted for the monetization of benefits, I was outraged, I punched him.

- And you immediately went to beat him for this?

- I did not go to beat him, I immediately cracked him and drove him under the table.

- He said that before that you shouted to him that [perform oral sexual intercourse with him], is that right?

- Firstly, I didn’t shout, and secondly, not quite like that. There are things that make me feel uncomfortable right now.

- When was the last time you fought?

“Not so long ago, actually. I always have an open office, the mayor's office of Yekaterinburg is the only one in Russia without security and a turnstile, I think that this is right. A man came in, started yelling at me, I asked him to calm down, knocked him down and calmed him down. I'm not interested in fighting.

About mayorship

– Is it true that Khodorkovsky helped you get elected to the City Duma?

Yulia Latynina said that Mikhail Khodorkovsky was ready to give $2 million to the elections.

What should be done with this money?

Nothing, just be yourself. I was pleased, but I still refused. And I am very glad that I did not take the money.

About HIV

Why is the number of people infected with HIV growing?

I have been talking about the epidemic since 2000. 40% of heroin addicts are HIV-infected. These are guys, and girls-prostitutes - up to 90%. Here we have a bus station on Shchorsa Street, and along the entire street to the Gypsy village, heroin addicts-prostitutes stood so tightly that they were popularly called the "fence". I saw 8-10 year old boys and girls who were prostitutes. And when desomorphine (crocodile) went, they were all completely infected. It seems to me that the main way of spread is through sexual contact, because there are people with HIV who have not touched drugs at all. The situation is difficult.

Are we Africa?

- Everything is very serious, but it is completely clear what needs to be done.

- It is necessary to talk about condoms from the 8th grade, but as soon as you try to come in, they will tell you that you need to pray more, this paradigm cannot be broken.

- And what time did you tell your children about condoms?

“I didn’t tell them at all that I would talk to them about this?” With girls? If it comes, I'll talk. I'm not afraid, but I think that this should be a state concern.

About tin

- Do drug addicts really rot their hands, like in "Requiem for a Dream"?

- Yes, I've looked. Quite often, desomorphine-coaxil in the mid-noughties, 2005, this is something terrible. The crocodile is always a social drug, these are whole dens. Young boys and girls rot, turn into animals. And all you need to do is introduce... prescription drugs containing codeine. But no one agrees to this, there is an overproduction of these drugs, they are constantly in short supply, everyone up to the Ministry of Health knows who buys, but continues to tumble into retail (into the network). Russians kill Russians, they are ready to bury everyone for profit.

- Is it true that drug addicts inject themselves in the scrotum in order not to get burned and so that there are no holes in prominent places?

- It's a little different. They pricked in the groin, but not in order not to burn, but when there were no more veins. Now such concepts as "roads", "well" have already been forgotten. Roads are when a person rolls up his sleeves, and he has such black marks. A well is such a non-healing ulcer on a vein or artery, so as not to look for a vein. Drug addicts even had a proverb - "open the groin - open the coffin", the last stage was considered.

– You are strongly against legalization. Why?

- That's alcohol. This is dope. Legalized. From him, the country loses half a million people a year. How many families are being destroyed, how many people with disabilities are being born, this is one of the main troubles of the country.

- Can you imagine if they would put you in jail for booze? How many people would be in the dungeons?

- There is such a fence that separates "it is impossible" and "it is possible", but if you remove it, it will explode like this ... But there is one more thing. That's like a thinking person who has children. We allow adults to buy drugs, traffickers are left without a clientele and go to colleges, schools, technical schools. We've already been through this. Nobody expects this, but everyone who legalized it faced it. Of the 300 heroin addicts, 300 started with marijuana.

– Do you seriously think so?

- I don't think, I know. There are a lot of people who run across the road where they can't. You catch them, you tell them that it’s impossible, that people are dying, and they: “Well, I didn’t die.”

– Is it normal that the zones are full of people for a pinch of grass?

- This is a legend, a myth, a meme that has nothing to do with reality. If you have up to 6 grams with you (and this is enough for the whole class to get stoned), then nothing will happen to you, in fact, marijuana has already been decriminalized. I don't feel like talking about it out loud.

About the "City Without Drugs" and the conflicts around it

- You started HDN with Dyusha Kabanov, recently broke up, and he accused you of embezzling the fund's money to yourself.

– This is my comrade, the Fund existed for many years with my money, I took it from the business. $10,000 per month + debts and force majeure. Once I had to sell a snowmobile, KamAZ, a sports car. I dumped everything that was.

- How did you quarrel?

- We did not quarrel, I was elected mayor, I began a different life. Someone worked with Kabanov. It happened that we met, he had distrust from somewhere, we talked - and again everything is fine. The governor's structures worked with him. He met with the governor. Until the age of 50, I did not encounter betrayal, I cannot even call Mironov and A Just Russia traitors.

There are several people on the street who rushed to hug, called "bro", with whom we experienced a lot. They worked with some for a very long time, they could not cope, but the other two were broken pretty quickly. These are people who have seen life, brutal. - "Worked" - does this mean to force you to drive?

- Yes. At the same time, they began to press USU, with which most of my life is connected (I entered in 1985). They started harassing professors, they sat for hours on interrogations, interrogated the rector, vice-rector, dean. And so the people who were considered brutal and thieves, who knew the concepts, broke down first, and ordinary people, the Russian intelligentsia, did not bend even a millimeter and did not give any clues. I am very grateful to these people (Bronislava Borisovna Ovchinnikova, Viktor Ivanovich Baidin).

– How do you remember your work in the State Duma in 2003-2007?

- I didn’t understand at all where I ended up, there was a huge sense of duty / responsibility - they should have imprisoned me, but they brought me to the Duma.

About your murder

Somehow the opera came, I had a reception. He said: "Ren, I was in the group that was entrusted with your liquidation." I say: "Fuck!" Physical liquidation. And then this opera, nicknamed TV, came to me, and he wrote me everything: when they were supposed to, where they were supposed to hide the corpse, and so on. I didn’t endure it, but I came and brought it to Gryzlova. . It didn't get any progress.

How were they supposed to kill you?

- They were supposed to take me out, several people, and kill me in the Amundsen area in the forest plantation area.

I also had a situation, I was closed - and closed for absolutely nothing. They were just kept in a cell. I was supposed to be brought to court, and at this time the head of the criminal police, the general, calls the judge, who should consider my case. At that time, a female colonel came to the judge, who later for many years was my assistant. And then the general calls the judge and says: "They will bring Roizman, shut him up!" He says: "How will I close it? For what?" He says: "Well, come up with something." The judge says: "And then how will I look into his eyes?" He says: "An eccentric, but you understand, we only need to bring him to prison, and you will not see him again." Surname of Judge Tarasenko. He is a man to whom I am grateful, because he justified me. It is quite possible that thanks to this I survived.

On the purchase of mandates to the State Duma

I have seen these situations, they exist, and you have no doubt. These stories are solved quite behind the scenes. In those years, you could go for 2-5 million. I have seen situations up to $8 million. But when people have hundreds of millions of dollars, plus or minus 10 may not solve the problem. But in those years, the mandate of a deputy of the State Duma was real immunity.

About salary and money problems

I have a cape with money now. I'm not very good with money. My salary is about 150 thousand rubles a month. And this money is frankly not enough for me, because I need to support the museum, restorers. Of course, I eat up my old stocks, but I never had a complex, I know how to earn money.

About Putin and his team

In 2007, Putin personally did not let me go to the next State Duma, and in 2011 Medvedev personally did not let me go to the next State Duma. At the same time, the presidential administration did not let me go to the gubernatorial elections, which I would have won for sure.

The most important thing I want to say is that the government must change. I say this as a person in authority. Two terms of four years and no more. Can you imagine if Putin left after his second term? He would have left at the peak, on the rise, a national hero. But he missed his chance.

*****************************

A week and a half ago, the head of the City Without Drugs Foundation, Evgeny Roizman, submitted documents to participate in the election of the mayor of Yekaterinburg. Previously, Roizman, one of Russia's most prominent regional politicians, denied wanting to be mayor, although rumors of his nomination had been circulating all summer. In an interview with Lenta.ru, he said that he had no doubts about his victory. He is not even afraid of the opposition of the governor of the Sverdlovsk region, Yevgeny Kuyvashev, who is in conflict with both Roizman himself and his common-law wife, Aksana Panova, editor-in-chief of the Znak.com website.

The politician announced his nomination for mayor in a simple way- wrote on his car Toyota Landcruiser “I'm going to mayor. Roizman". He refused the money of businessman Mikhail Prokhorov (his party nominated Roizman for elections). Yevgeny Roizman does not intend to conduct an active election campaign, believing that everyone in the city already knows him, and his rivals will provide additional promotion, who will begin to "pound him in a serious way."

"When Panova's close friend Roizman declares that "a woman has been creating a website for 10 years", she is disingenuous as usual. His "Biksa" simply "bonded" the business of her ex-husband, just as Roizman himself in his youth "bonzed" things from gullible citizens" .

IA Uralinformburo knows well what he is talking about . The tales of the trust thief Aksana (Oksana) Panova, who stole property from the man with whom she slept, are replicated by the trust thief Roizman, who stole property from the girls with whom he slept.

Now Panova and Roizman sleep together, and even adopted someone else's embryo, calling him a "Tatar Jew." To pity the people and not go to jail.

At @ but, in the end, Panov and Roizman are each other in the figurative sense of the word? Here is the main intrigue of today's Ural journalism

The Uralinformburo, which suffered from the thief Panova, decided to tell the truth.

Aksana non grata

Austria may close Panovaya entrance to Schengen.

The scandal with the Yekaterinburg tabloid Ura.ru is acquiring an international criminal character. Russian journalist Aksana Panova (aka Oksana Rashidovna Panova) the Austrians are accused of "fraud" for several million.

A week ago, after the statement by Mikhail Borodin, head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the Sverdlovsk Region, that 10 million rubles were stolen from the accounts of this media outlet, Panov and Co. expectedly howled about freedom of the press. They say they are strangling her in Yekaterinburg with iron fists.

Whose cow would moo! For many years, the freedom of the press, pan-style, meant the freedom to “wet”. Information terrorism fed and watered the PR aces who declared their coolness at every corner.

Psychological Internet attacks on officials and businessmen brought generous gifts. The journalistic community of the Ural Federal District speculatively calculated how much cash and non-cash flowed into Panova's pockets for the so-called "blocks on the negative." And quietly freaked out.

"Journalistic investigations" by Ura.ru turned out to be a banal leak of documents, sometimes classified as "secret". What was required from a tabloid journalist with a criminal past, Mikhail Vyugin? Literally process the bureaucratic reference and add oh-oh-oh to the governor (minister, general director) ... And then it's lazy to expect "money transfers".

In the fall of 2011, A. Panova happily informed the public that in order to protect herself from the "madhouse that votes for Putin," a deal would be made to sell a controlling stake in Ura.ru to Austrian businessmen. At the same time, well-informed sources even then wondered, in which "shop" the young lady sells the "controller" - Yekaterinburg or Moscow? Unfortunately, no one paid attention to this - all the forces were thrown at the personification of the new co-owners of the scandalous tabloid.

It quickly became clear that the Austrians, most likely, are the Tyumen power engineers, who received Austrian citizenship in addition to Russian citizenship.

The owner is a gentleman. Assessing the purchase, the experts twisted their fingers to their temples and advised them to type in the search engine a combination of the words "Uralpolitra - tanks - panova". In response, "Yandex" issues a story six years ago.

Under unclear circumstances, at the end of January 2006, the server of the UralPolit.Ru expert channel was disabled, the director of which was Ivan Eremin, and his wife Aksana (Oksana) Panova was the chief editor. The husband, who returned from a business trip, found out that for several months, secretly from him, his wife and some of his subordinates helped Anton Bakov, a deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, in political activities.

They admitted that they had some "new goals and objectives" set by the political investor for 2006-2007, which could not be realized under Yeremin. In other words, the division (capture) of property and the "bedside table between the beds."

Here is the list of "raiders" voiced then by Eremin - Aksana Panova, Dmitry Kolezev, Oksana Lutkova, Ruslan Ismailov, Vitaly Sotnik, Mikhail Vyugin. The backbone of the current Ura.ru. They left with equipment, information base, and accumulated contracts.

And when Panova's close friend Roizman declares that "a woman has been creating a website for 10 years", then, as usual, she is disingenuous. His "bixa" simply "bonzed" the business of his ex-spouse, just as Roizman himself in his youth "bonzed" things from gullible citizens. “Aksana didn’t deceive them, she simply outplayed them, and they didn’t succeed,” the criminal poet told Izvestia.

Based on the documents that Uralinformburo has, in December 2011 Panova sold the Austrian company BF TEN Holding GmbH a 51% stake in the "dummy" - Yekaterinburg LLC "Ura.ru", and the property, the trademark Ura.ru and the domain name ura .ru left in their hands.

As the businesswoman stated, within a few years the Austrian side will invest in the development of the agency, which will allow hiring new employees, spending money on advertising campaigns, and expanding the branch network. In particular, at the beginning of 2012 it was planned to open an editorial office in Moscow. The Austrians would have known that even then all the most valuable things were in the capital city - at the Moscow Ura.ru LLC.

A "controller" in a shell company could cost several million dollars. Sources claim that part of Panov was taken by cash, and part by squares in the "Vienna House" located in the center of Yekaterinburg (it was built by the same Tyumen power engineers). And only now, after the seizure of documents produced by the police as part of the investigation into the theft of 10 million rubles, the buyers found out that the three seats bought on the Board of Directors of the Yekaterinburg OOO Ura.ru are not worth a damn.

Here is the challenge for BF Consulting Managing Partner Franz Schweiger, who specializes in international law, tax and corporate finance, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions.
Will Austrian lawyers and Russian law enforcers be able to punish Apanova for "scamming"?

The journalist has already armed herself with a "human shield", talking on the Internet about her four-month pregnancy. Sources have no doubt that this is the fruit of relations with Yevgeny Roizman and a reason to pity the public.
But, on the other hand, Roizman himself stated in a television interview that every Russian intellectual should sit (without specifying under which article - criminal or "political"). Yes, and nursery gardens at prison colonies are available. There, Boris Moiseev was born in prison and nothing - he sings to himself.

The Austrians have already turned to the Russian authorities for the protection of their investments. For them, obviously, it will not be difficult for Panova to close the entrance to the Schengen zone. It should be noted that on the eve of the searches in the editorial office of the tabloid, Aksana (Oksana) quickly flew with Roizman to Baku, where she was, while the Ura.ru accountant Popova was kept in the temporary detention center for three days.

To declare Panov persona non grata in Europe is a strong move. To match the statement of the police general that under the guise of journalism was a banal fraud.

Panova Aksana (Oksana) Rashidovna(born in 1975, Chusovoy, Perm region, RSFSR, USSR) is a Russian journalist, former owner and editor-in-chief of the Ura.ru news agency (2006-2012), editor-in-chief of the online newspaper Znak.com (since 2012), a defendant in a number of criminal cases and media scandals.

She worked in the newspapers "Chusovskoy Rabochiy", "Arguments and Facts - Ural", "Moskovsky Komsomolets - Ural". She took an active part in the creation of the Internet project "Uralpolit.ru". In 2006, Panova founded the Russian Internet news agency Ura.ru. She is the chief editor of the online newspaper Znak.com, which she created in December 2012.

On December 4, 2011, the CEC of the Russian Federation published a special statement accusing Ura.ru of unauthorized publication of preliminary voting results. In December 2012, Panova was charged with four counts of crimes under the articles "fraud", "extortion" and "the use by a person performing managerial functions in a commercial organization of his powers contrary to the legitimate interests of this organization." All episodes, according to the investigation, concerned the activities of Panova as the head of Ura.ru. In particular, the journalist was accused of illegally cashing out about 12 million rubles that belonged to the agency, as well as blackmailing an entrepreneur.

In January 2014, Panova was sentenced to two years probation and a fine of 400,000 rubles. She was also forbidden to engage in journalism for two years (in May 2014, the Sverdlovsk Regional Court amended the sentence, allowing her to work in the media). In November of the same year, Ura.ru sued Panova for 27.5 million rubles as compensation for losses incurred by the publication during her leadership. The journalist herself did not admit her guilt in both cases.

Married to, the former head of Yekaterinburg (since 2013). Has two children.
