450 grams of condensed milk; vanilla; 100 grams of sour cream; 250 grams of almond chips; 4 pieces of egg yolks; 600 grams of wheat flour; 20 grams of ammonium powder; 200 grams of black and 50 grams of white chocolate - this will be a decoration; 250 grams of butter; 80 grams of cocoa powder.

  1. To begin with, I sift the flour and cocoa, then separately combine all the dry products, and separately all the liquid ones.
  2. I rub sour cream and condensed milk with egg yolks, add sugar to taste there (if you like very sweet).
  3. I combine everything, add flakes and mix thoroughly.
  4. While the cupcakes are being baked in the oven covered with baking paper, I am engaged in chocolate: I melt it with one or two tablespoons of selected milk in a water bath, each type separately. I equip all servings with a small caramel candy.
